The PTA Coordinated Care Model

Therapy focuses on improving social, communication, and learning skills, and decreases socially significant problem behaviors

Consults with the provider team and patients from initial assessment through care planning and continuous treatment coordination

Considers neuro-developmental factors and provides medication to treat conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD

Addresses pediatric brain and nervous system conditions, seizures, sleep disorders, head injuries, learning and developmental  disabilities

 Monitors the benefits of specific medications at specific dosages and seeks to minimize any negative side effects that may occur

 Therapy treats adverse childhood experiences, stresses, and trauma, as well as addressing caregiver emotional and  physical health
